At the country’s Supreme Court headquarters, dozens of former Ginsburg secretaries dressed in dark clothes and masks, along with many others, attended the funeral. Outside the courthouse, hundreds of people waited to pay homage to Judge Ginsburg, who is seen as a symbol of American justice and equal rights. However, because of the epidemic of acute respiratory infections COVID-19, all funeral activities must be in compliance with disease prevention measures. Expected, the official ceremony on September 25 will be held with a limited number of guests.
