Regularly skipping dinner is the cause of weight gain, obesity. The study was conducted on 17,573 male students and 8,960 female students aged 18 and over at Osaka University, Japan, for 3 years. Participants were asked about the frequency of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eating time is also a factor to determine the effects of learning, lifestyle, sleep, tobacco and alcohol on eating habits. The results showed that: Students who regularly skipped dinner tended to age earlier, be overweight, and like to smoke. drink alcohol and sleepless. They also often skip other meals and eat late at night. People who do not eat dinner have a 10% or more weight gain and a body mass index greater than 25, classified as overweight or obese.
